Our gut health panels cover organ function (CMP), blood cell health (CBC), and inflammation (hs-CRP). Advanced tiers add Ferritin, Vitamin D, and B12 to assess nutrient absorption. The Comprehensive tier adds IgA and tTG-IgA — the primary celiac disease markers.
Tissue Transglutaminase IgA (tTG-IgA) is the gold-standard blood test for celiac disease. Elevated levels indicate an immune response to gluten that is damaging the small intestine lining.
No fasting is required for most markers in this panel. However, if your panel includes glucose-related tests, we'll let you know in advance.
