Athlete Performance Panel

Performance

The Athlete Performance Panel is built for active individuals and competitive athletes who want to optimize training, recovery, and long-term health.

1Does This Sound Like You?

2What Your Body May Be Telling You

Athletic performance is not just about how hard you train -- it is about how well your body recovers, adapts, and fuels itself. When performance plateaus or declines, the answer is often not more training. It is a biochemical bottleneck that blood work can reveal. Iron depletion is one of the most common hidden causes of declining performance, especially in endurance athletes and women. Your muscles need iron to transport oxygen, and when stores drop, every workout feels harder. Elevated cortisol from overtraining breaks down muscle, impairs recovery, and weakens your immune system. Magnesium depletion from sweat causes cramps, poor sleep, and reduced power output. Creatine kinase (CK) levels reveal whether your muscles are recovering properly between sessions or accumulating damage. For male athletes, testosterone is essential for muscle repair and adaptation. For female athletes, hormonal imbalances can lead to menstrual irregularities and increased injury risk.
